What You Will Need for the Challenge

No sweat if you don't have everything! Feel free to get creative and use what you've got.

Internet Service/Data Plan + Device that allows for streaming videos (Required)

Floor space

Yoga mat (optional)

Wall space

Chair, box, or something to sit on or lean on

2 lacrosse balls, tennis balls, or racquetballs

2-4 yoga blocks or books for elevation (highly recommended!)

Light resistance band (bungee cord works too, although less comfortable)

Set of 1-2 pound weights (weights are completely optional but a can of soup also works!)

Dowel, PVC pipe, or broom stick
